Who we are

Body Blueprint Sports Therapy, operated by Ethan Ralton, is based at Mowmacre Sports Ground, Leicester LE4 2RD. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Ethan Ralton is the data controller for information collected through this website and booking system.

What we collect

When you book a session, create a portal account, or sign up for offers, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and mobile number
• Booking history — treatments booked, dates, times, and any add-ons
• Payment details, where a card is held on file to secure a booking (handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number)
• Any notes you give us about your health or the reason for treatment, where relevant to your session

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

• Manage your bookings, send confirmations, reminders, and reschedule links
• Apply loyalty discounts (like Bounce Back) correctly
• Contact you about your session if something changes
• Send marketing updates (offers, availability, clinic news) — but only if you've actively opted in. You can withdraw this at any time without affecting your ability to book or use the loyalty scheme

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted services to run the business, each of which processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms:

• Zoho — for sending booking confirmation and reminder emails
• Twilio — for sending text message reminders and confirmations
• Stripe — for securely holding card details, where applicable

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep client and booking records for as long as you remain an active client, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet accounting and legal obligations. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, contact us and we'll action this unless we're legally required to retain it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal/accounting retention requirements)
• Withdraw marketing consent at any time

To exercise any of these, email ethan.ralton.pt@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Security

Account passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text. Access to booking and client records is restricted to authorised staff logins only.

Cookies

This site uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in to the client portal and admin system. We do not currently use tracking or advertising cookies.
